The Cub Cadet Ultima Z2 42S is a zero-turn riding mower designed for residential lawn maintenance, combining a 21.5 HP Kawasaki engine with a 42-inch cutting deck. Its steering wheel control system provides an alternative to traditional lap-bar steering, offering familiar handling for homeowners looking for efficient lawn mowing and manoeuvrability around landscaping features.

The mower is powered by a 21.5 HP Kawasaki engine designed to deliver reliable performance for regular mowing tasks. Its zero-turn steering system allows tight turns and helps navigate around trees, garden beds and other obstacles, reducing the need for repeated manoeuvres when maintaining a lawn.

The 42-inch cutting deck provides a practical cutting width for residential properties. Its compact deck design supports manoeuvrability in tighter areas while covering a useful amount of ground with each pass. The riding configuration allows the operator to mow while seated, making it suitable for maintaining larger lawns compared with conventional walk-behind mowers.

The Ultima Z2 42S combines a steering wheel-operated control system with a zero-turn platform for convenient directional control. Its design focuses on accessible operation, cutting efficiency and manoeuvrability for homeowners who want to maintain their lawns with a dedicated riding mower.
